I love my new Buds3 Pro. They fit more secure than the original and the Buds2. The noise cancellation is really good. My balcony faces a busy city street and I can't hear the traffic or street noise when I sit with them on. The sound is very good too. I am definitely happy with my purchase of these.

These new Bud Pros are the design and performance edge Samsung fans have been wanting. Clean sound, all kinds of equalization options, adaptive sound and noise cancellation, amazing soft white LEDs and touch sensative for controls as on all of them. The new triple microphone set up also allows for better phone calls when in use. A huge improvement over the previous designs. And an exceptional charge case, this makes for a huge step up from the previous generation. Highly recommended!
Great sound and fits comfortably. The only problem I have is the right earbud does not charge inside the case.

First, check that the charging pins in the case are clean and free from debris, as this can impact connectivity. Make sure the earbud is seated snugly in the case for proper alignment. It's also a good idea to verify the battery level of the charging case by looking at the LED indicator. If these tips don’t resolve the situation, consider resetting your earbuds through the Galaxy Wearable app, where you can also check for any software updates available. Products sold by Samsung are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the limited 12-month warranty period specified for each product. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support.
