If your phone cannot connect to your Galaxy Bud series earbuds, getting them to connect again will only take a couple of steps. Performing a restart on the earbuds, resetting the Bluetooth connection, or updating the Galaxy Wearable app will normally fix the issue. Samsung products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. They have some awesome features but they won't stay in my ears. After trying every tip. If I try adjusting them then my call is dropped or some other feature is activated.

The Buds3 Pro comes in different sizes, and achieving a snug fit is essential to prevent sound leaks while ensuring optimal audio quality. If you need guidance on how to change the tips, we have a helpful guide for the Buds3 Pro tips. Once you have the right tips, ensure you've inserted the earbuds correctly. Check for the directional marks (L and R) on the bottom, and ensure the R bud goes in the right ear (with the 'R' facing you) and the L bud goes in the left ear. It’s also a good idea to angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone points toward your mouth, which can enhance call quality. We recommend rotating the earbuds forward and backward until they feel comfortable and secure. I really wanted to like this product and I got it for a very good deal as well but upon trying for a week, I decided that I am better off with Buds Pro 2 itself . I have couple of recommendations to samsung (not sure if those will be seen by samsung team but still wanted to mention it) 1) Entire design is too glossy and i have trouble handling it with care and also to handle case or earbuds in ease 2) the stem placement on the case is not convenient, since the stems are in the center it s more than a step when I take in order to place the ear buds in ears (it s not quite convenient) 3) while the ear buds stay intact in ears I felt it too big inside the ear sometimes it hurts a little when placin for some time. 3) being using it to gym or workouts on a daily basis , I felt the texture and durability of Buds Pro 2 better than buds 3 pro.
I am really looking forward to a solid product next year .

These Buds are amazing. The sound is so clear, it's like a theater in your ears! Light in weight. Fits perfect I can do everything with those in my ears and I don't have to worry about them falling out. I highly recommend them.
