I think they are a step down from the Buds 2. The audio quality is good, but I think the ANC is less effective. I especially hate the new ear cushions. The fact that Samsung assumes 1 size fits everyone is ridiculous. I cannot get a good seal, and they feel like they will fall out. There are a lot of added features that, for me, are unnecessary. The stalks are OK; the volume control and single squeeze seem to work most of the time. However, while trying to get the buds to fit in my ear I will invariably turn the ANC off, so I need to go to the app to turn it back on.

Excellent with qualifications

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this with my S25+ and definitely appreciate the build quality and finish over previous generations. The fit is not ideal for my ears so I still prefer my Buds2 Pro l in that regard, but the controls on the 3 Pro are miles ahead. Sound quality is fantastic and noise canceling will drown out more than enough to let you enjoy anything from quiet movies to heavy metal without everything getting drowned out. I don't know it Galaxy AI has much impact on the experience for me, but the features are there so you can experiment to find little hacks and shortcuts it provides to make things smoother.

Even the smallest attachments don't feel good in my ear. They tend to fall off can't be too far away from my cell or music will stop playing. If I need to hurry up and turn off music I need to push not just tap to stop it! I liked my other headphones way more!

Does not charge the left ear buds, and some times the right ear buds. Looks like the alignment of the charging case with buds is wrong. Cannot use it. Also the batter dies so fast.

They do not fit in my ear correctly and constantly fall out. I ended up not using them. Wish I had my old ones back that I traded in.

I wanted to love it. I am loyal to Samsung. Unfortunately, they will have to be returned. They are bulky and do not stay in the ear. Two starts for the technology: sound quality, real-time translate, and noise canceling features are unmatched.
