Great functionality and audio quality. But the rubber bud caps rip too easily, the quality of the rubber is weak, and Samsung makes it difficult to replace.

I tried to like them

I'll start with the good because it's less, The sound quality is good if you go in and turn on Samsungs codec and up scaling. They would never get a good fit in my ear with any size tips. If your finger is in the wrong spot when putting them in your ear you will get a feedback squeal. The stem sticks away from the ear and doesn't curve back like competition. The plastic for buds and case feels cheap and not of high quality. No speaker on case to help find them, mm wave to find them. I will just leave it there. I tried two pairs to make sure it wasn't just one. Very disappointed in samsung making something that is such cheap quality. No Ldac support either.

Got these as a trade-in for my older pair of galaxy buds. In comparison, these new ones have really powerful noise-cancelling which I LOVE. I cannot hear ANYTHING even if I don't have music playing. What I don't care for is the new shape - with the older model, I could keep my earbuds in while putting on/taking off a hoodie or a mask or a hat, etc, and they would stay in but now with these little dangling parts, they fling out of my ear so easily. Truly my only issue with them.

Very good build quality and comfort. Definitely a worthy upgrade over earlier buds. Voice control is awesome feature. Hope they add more control commands.

Beware The older models were better

I pre ordered. Sounds is okay but due to their design the original ear pieces ripped off to replace different size. They shipped me some new pieces free of charge. But after using them here and there I noticed these just fall out of my ears. Additionally, I have the Samsung galaxy book 5 laptop (latest) and these galaxy buds3 pro are not connecting to the laptop. Laptop seems to pick up a lot more bluetooth devices around the area accept these buds3. I want to trade this pair of buds as soon as another model comes out. These are pure trash. First Samsung purchase within my ecosystem where I am very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
