Lose the stalks

I have had these for a while now and completely regret losing my Buds 2 pro. No more tap features you have to squeeze the little stalks and then fix their positions in your ear. Stupidest "upgrade" ever

This is the best fitting ear bud I have ever purchased. the buds fall out of my ears, but these stay in place and the noise cancelling and the ambient sound modes are absolutely amazing
The noise cancelling its outstanding , the AI works great in translating simultaneously, however the Mic is still not that good, people can hear everything but me sometimes
I have mostly positive things to say about these. I'm comparing them mostly to the Galaxy Buds2 Pro since those were the previous ear buds I was using. The sound quality is about as good. The noise cancelling is good. Here are some things I like and dislike about the new touch controls. The little bar to grip them is an improvement for putting them in and taking them out of my ears. I like the added feature of volume control with them. I dislike that it pretty much now requires two fingers for the touch controls because you have to pinch the control instead of tapping it with a single finger. One last complaint is that I've noticed when in adaptive or ambient sound mode it seems to amplify high pitched noises, which I'm hoping will eventually be fixed in an update. For example, if I'm doing the dishes and a couple of them clink together, or if a fork hits a plate, that high frequency "clink" is amplified and uncomfortable in my ears. I wind up turning on noise cancelling at that time to prevent it. Overall, I'm pleased with the product, but enough small negatives to not give it five stars.
quality of sound during calls is subpar and i am really wishing i would have gotten other headphones

We appreciate your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Peter. The Buds3 Pro features an enhanced 2-way speaker, which includes a woofer and tweeter with a wide frequency response that reveals the subtle details in your music. We hate to see that you haven't enjoyed the sound quality of your earbuds. To troubleshoot the issue, start by checking the audio output on your connected phone. Open the Settings app, go to Connections, and turn off Bluetooth to disconnect your earbuds and other devices. Then, launch the app you were using when you experienced poor audio quality and try playing a song without the earbuds connected. If the problem persists, ensure that the app is up to date and consider clearing its data. Additionally, check your phone’s sound settings in the Settings app for any enhancements like sound personalization or Dolby Atmos, as these can affect your music's sound quality. For more options to troubleshoot this, please check out the link attached. If this persists, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Hi GeoFer! Thank you for your feedback regarding the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We hate to hear that you haven't had the best experience with your buds. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro is designed with quality sound and comfort in mind, featuring advanced noise-cancellation technology and customizable ear tips for a secure fit. Galaxy Buds3 Pro comes with different-sized ear tips. To get the best sounds from your buds, make sure you have the right size tips, as they should fit snugly without gaps to prevent sound leaks. To insert the earbuds correctly, check for the directional marks: insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you, angling them slightly so the microphone points toward your mouth. You can adjust the fit by rotating them until they feel comfortable. Additionally, consider running an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure an optimal fit. In regards to your buds not charging, please be sure to make sure that there isn't any debris or moisture in your bud's case. Also, make sure to ensure that you are using Samsung-verified chargers. We continually strive to improve our products based on customer input, and we appreciate your insights. If any of this persists, please reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

We appreciate you sharing your candid feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Stevo. The Buds3 Pro offers long-lasting battery life, providing up to 30 hours of listening time with the included charging case, allowing you to enjoy hours of music without interruption. You can also share audio with those around you by connecting multiple pairs of Buds to a TV or smartphone, making it easy to stream sound across various devices—perfect for sharing experiences with friends during silent discos or movie nights. If you experience squealing sounds, it may be due to the sub-microphone, which adjusts sound according to the noise control settings when Active Noise Canceling, Adaptive, or Ambient Sound modes are enabled. Touching or covering the sub-microphone area while wearing or adjusting the earbuds can cause the microphone to detect sound and produce beeping or howling noises. Samsung provides a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects and offers the option to add Samsung Care+ for extended protection and support on eligible devices. If this persists, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can take a further look into what could be causing this. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
