[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds pro 3 daily, with the enhanced sound features they allow me to correct so hearing deficiency I have. I can stream audiobook,call and music when I'm doing chores at home with a pretty impressive distance betweenme and the phone. Auto connect works great when stremaing from phone to buds to car also.

So much potential

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the design of the buds and the unique lights on them. I still struggle with the options available for the bud tips and the case charging without being plugged in. Previous model buds would recharge several times in the case without being plugged up. This one is spotty. Sometimes it will charge sometimes it won't. The ear tips still slip out of people with larger ear canals. I would like to workout with these however the continue to fall out of my ears. Even mowing the grass just walking one fell out and I almost stepped on it. I've tried every tips from large to small. Its really hard to give an accurate opinion of their performance when they won't stay in consistently. I would like for the design team to put more effort into the tips that hold the buds in. I am forced to use wrap around ear buds if i'm doing any type of movement. I can only use these while sitting at my desk working, yet I still have to keep pushing them in my ears when I feel them falling out.

We love to see that they sound great and look great to you as well. We do see that you may be having a hard time getting the perfect fit so that they feel comfortable. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sizes of ear tips, and it’s important to pick the right size for your ears to get the best sound. A good fit means there shouldn’t be any gaps between the ear tip and your ear, which helps keep the sound in. If you need help changing the tips, check out our guide on the Buds3 Pro tips. Once you have the right tips on, look at the bottom of the earbuds for letters: "L" for the left earbud and "R" for the right. Put the "R" bud in your right ear with the "R" facing you, and do the same for the "L" bud in your left ear. Make sure the microphone is slightly pointing toward your mouth. You can turn the earbuds a little to find a comfortable fit. You can also use the earbud Fit Test in the Galaxy Wearable app to make sure they fit properly. More reliable connection than previous buds, better noise cancelling, volume up/down is more intuitive and easier to use. Auto pause on removal seems faster.
Cons:
Loss of tap commands. Pinch commands sensitive to exact placement and someone's don't work on the first try.

Please remember that the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects, and you can also add Samsung Care+ for extra coverage and support on eligible devices. For a better fit, try using the additional ear tips included with your buds. The right size is key to preventing sound leaks and ensuring optimal audio quality. Make sure there isn’t a gap between your ear and the tip. Here’s how to ensure you have the right fit: first, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks; you'll see 'L' for the left bud and 'R' for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the bud slightly so that the microphone points towards your mouth, and you can rotate the earbuds back and forth until they feel comfortable. We see that you may be experiencing some concerns regarding the connection to your phone as well as the battery life. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro provides up to 26 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. If you are looking to extend your battery life, there are a couple of adjustments you can make. When you are not using the earbuds, keep them in the charging case with the cover closed. Also, be sure to adjust the notification settings from the Galaxy Wearable app on the connected phone. When using iOS, adjust the notification settings in the Galaxy Buds app. As far as the connection, we recommend checking out the link attached for options to help troubleshoot this.
