Simply open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone, navigate to the Buds3 Pro screen, tap "Sound quality and effects," then select "Earbud fit test." This will indicate whether the earbuds are in your ears. Ensure both are fitted correctly, tap "Start," and the app will show your results. If it indicates a "Poor fit," make small adjustments and try again until you achieve a "Good fit." I bought this a few months ago, left ear bud is not charging and cannot seem to fix it. Not worth the price.

If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, the issue may be with the earbuds themselves or the charging case. Using a charger that isn't approved by Samsung may cause charging malfunctions; it's also possible that the earbuds may be damaged. You can try fully charging the case, checking the earbuds for damage, or restarting the earbuds. Check out the link attached for options to help troubleshoot this. Samsung products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. You also have the option to purchase additional coverage with Samsung Care+ for eligible devices, which provides extended protection and extra support. I'm very surprised with these buds, I read lots of reviews and YouTube videos and decided to purchase them. So far I've had zero issues, everything works great and the sound is great. The only gripe I have is according to the buds I can't get a good fit in my ears no matter what tip I try,but they haven't fallen out of my ears
The Bluetooth range is really weak, going from one room to another will cause the connection to break.

Make sure to check for software updates through the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone or tablet, via a PC, or by using your TV. Additionally, check the battery status of your earbuds. If the battery is low, they may disconnect from your phone, so charging them is essential. The bugs aren't as loud as the buds pro 2 and they fall out of your ear when you try to put a shirt on. I'm a truck driver and they are difficult putting them back in the charging case

To achieve optimal audio performance, make sure you have the right size ear tips for your ears. The earbuds come with different-sized tips, and they must fit snugly without any gaps between your ear and the ear tip to prevent sound leaks. If you need guidance on changing the tips, please refer to our guide. Once you have the correct tips, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks—the "L" for left and "R" for right. Insert them into your ears accordingly, ensuring the microphones are pointing toward your mouth. Feel free to adjust their position until they feel comfortable.
