Its annoying to use click by squeeze function to play, stop, noise cancel features on this new buds 3 pro. buds 3 pro should have been designed to have tap feature with rounded edge instead of pointy edge to use functionality.

With these buds, you can easily control your music, phone calls, and various features using the Pinch Control. A single pinch allows you to play or pause a song, answer or end a call, and stop features like "Read notifications aloud," "Voice detection," or "Siren detection." A double pinch lets you play the next song, while a triple pinch will play the previous song; if done three seconds after a song has started, it will restart the current song. Additionally, pinching and holding activates a preset function (default set to noise control mode) or rejects a call. We appreciate your suggestion for a tap feature and a rounded-edge design. I upgraded from the buds 2 pro, and was so excited to get these bud 3 pro. I had them for less than a month before I started getting a notification on my phone saying my buds have quit charging. I sent them in to only be told that there was liquid damage due to sweat. I have never had a problem with this with earlier products. I regret purchasing these.

If the earbuds are still not charging, check both the case and the earbuds thoroughly for any damage. Please note that damaged earbuds will not charge. If one earbud is damaged, the other earbud may still charge. If you find that either the charging case or the earbuds are damaged, you will need to purchase a new pair. Additionally, if your USB cable or wall adapter is damaged, you may need to buy replacements for those as well. Products sold by Samsung are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the limited 12-month warranty period specified for each product. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. All eligible mobile devices can be enrolled on Samsung.com at the time of device purchase, or within 60 days of device purchase at samsungcareplus.com. Better than the competition

They aren't the competitor and I think that's just fine. I've always been an android person. I'm just not into the other options. I don't have a reason, it's just my preference. These earbuds are a great improvement over the last generation, which says a lot, because they were already awesome. I love the redesign. They look nothing like the last generation and that's ok, too. The silver finish is sleek and professional looking. The battery is long-lasting and the unit charges extremely fast. The sound quality is impressive, even in a loud environment and they stay put nicely. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend these.
