[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds outine my buds 2 so.much its not even a contest although I loved all the features of.my buds 2 the buds 3 pro fit better fall out less have a deeper base noise and will play louder use my buds for listening to my favorite Spotify podcasts or music or when watching the best videos on YouTube the battery life is as good or better than many other earbuds ive had and I would like to say that I've been a fan of Samsung since I switched from a blackberry and purchased a galaxy S3 I've had Samsung phones and tvscpmputers blue ray players and buds i plan on being a life long Samsung customer

Most Feature Better Than Sony or Bose

1. ANC 2. Device Pairing and Switching (eco) 3. 360 Spatial Audio (eco?) 4. Water and Dust Resistance 5. Control vis App (eco?) 6. Noise Suppression During Calls
What is worse than Sony and Bose?
1. Dolby (Sony) 2. On Bub Controls (Sony) 3. Out of Box Sound Profile (Bose)
I'm sure there are creature comforts I'm missing (especially set and forget items). But, honestly, I ditched my Bose and my Sony and my Beats Fit Pro - all of which is used for different use cases during the same period of time - for the Buds Pro 3.
If you are in the ecosystem it's a no brainer - buy them (period.).
If you aren't in the ecosystem, they are still very compelling, but Sony and Bose may have more accessible feature that would otherwise be "locked" unless using anither Samsung device (phone, tablet, etc).

Don't buy, too buggy, major disappointment

They sound great, when they work. Software is buggy, and loses connection randomly, or if on a call for more than a couple of minutes, the microphone starts to fail and the person I'm calling tells me I sound like a robot. The right bud rarely charges over 35% and I've only had them a few months. Don't purchase. Galaxy buds2 pro were much better product even if they fell out on the plane a few times when I would lean over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
