They work great but I don't know if the case or the right earbud isn't working but it dosent seem to charge i don't know why I haven't drop it or anything like that but it just stopped working I don't know what to do please help

These buds are definitely the best galaxy buds i've used yet. I've had the buds live, the buds 2 pro, and those consistently fall out of my ears. These do not fall out of my ear. I do have some issues with a little feedback from time to time when using ambient mode, but that's only for half a second at times, or if i turn off ambient mode. Other than that, these headphones are great. I love being able to adjust the volume right from the ear pieces themselves.

It would be perfect if the case had a speaker to track them in case of misplacement. But they are the very best buds from samsung so far. I used to buy other brand just because of the ol design was so bad.
