The fit of the device in the ear's is NOT that great. Most of the times, it is dropping. The options provided are too good, but the battery is not lasting for 4 Hrs.

Earbuds fall out way too much, everytime you turn to push back in ear it gives off a high pitch squeal, sound not the best. Returned and kept my buds 2 for now until they work out the bugs and make new ear pieces

Overall, these are great earbuds and pack a great set of new features. There have been times when the buds stop working once or twice and I have to re-connect them to my phone. There was a slight hissing sound when ANC was activated. These malfunctions were extremely minor and the overall experience with Galaxy AI, powerful ANC and ambient mode is amwesome.
