Buds2 Pro are better

I pre-ordered these in August and am super disappointed, especially since I traded in my functional Buds2 Pro for this. If you drop the bud a loud squealing noise is emitted which was heard from my pants pocket and it will not connect until you put it back in the case. Twice the right Bud dropped out of my ear during separate phone calls and I was unable to use it because of the noise until I put it back in the case which was a hassle as I was out for a walk without the case. Alarmingly, another time the noise was emitted during a call without being dropped. This did not happen with my Buds2 Pro and doesn't happen with my two Bose earbuds. Also, the noise canceling feature is just okay but I found the previous versions did a better job as the Buds 2 Pro and the Buds 2 fit more securely in my ears because of its shape. I wore these new ones while the TV was on and found I had to turn up the volume more than previously to drown out the background noise. These headphones were not worth the wait and I wish I could get my working Buds2 Pro back from Samsung.

The Buds3 Pro are the best yet. My only problem is the fitting, the rubber tip large is too big and the medium is too small, that’s just for anyone with ears like mine
not working, call Samsung and they refuse to help me
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don't know why you wanted to ditch the super comfortable and unique design of Buds 2 pro for these uncomfortable cheap feeling earphones. Yes the sound is better, yes ANC is better, yes the lights are a cool perk, but you know what's cooler? Your consumers being able to flaunt that they can wear your product for 8 hours straight without any problem.
Please bring the Buds 2 pro design back!!

Easy to connect to phone, sound is good, work very reliable. Not good design the case design, not very good erognomic design.
I would recommend this to a friend!
