I love the look and feel, but even after doing the fit test and determining a good fit, the noise cancelation is not as good as the buds 2pro. When there is a sudden noise, even if its not that loud, they make an odd sound that is almost like pressure on my eardrums.. If not in a noisy environment they sound and function well! I like that they aren't huge and fit in my ear without causing lots of pain to the cartilage like the 2 did.

Hi Steph, thank you for your feedback on your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We are happy to hear you are pleased with the redesign and comfortable feel of your new earbuds. We would love to help you with the ANC setting of your earbuds for a truly immersive listening experience. We recommend going in to the Samsung Wearables App when you are connected. The ANC setting has a sliding scale with the new device and can be turned up to be more canceling or turned down for less. We have also provided links to an article to help you with this setting, and to the full device manual for the new features of your device. We have lastly shared a link to the Samsung Support Team if you believe your device is not functioning as intended. Thank you for being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth Use Active noise canceling on your Samsung earbuds https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00087243/ Product Manuals https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/ Samsung Support smsng.us/Samsung-Support Samsung Community smsng.us/Samsung-Community Facebook smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger X https://smsng.us/X-Messages

Hi Myers, thank you for your feedback on your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We understand how important the ideal fit of your earbuds are to you and needing the additional ear tips for this purpose. This accessory should have been included in a small cardboard box inside the original packaging along with the charging cable. If this is not your experience, we have provided a link to the Samsung Support Team for additional assistance to resolve this matter. Thank you for being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth Samsung Support smsng.us/Samsung-Support Samsung Community smsng.us/Samsung-Community Facebook smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger X https://smsng.us/X-Messages
Awesome earbuds. I think they're a huge step-up from the Buds2 Pro. Noise cancelling works way better in my opinion. I do think the fit kinda needs getting used to, but it'll get there. Sometimes you can hear a high pitched noise when inserting back into the case or when you have one in your ear and the other right about to be inserted... I don't know if it's the noise cancelling thing and it stays in that mode/way when handled? I don't know. It can startle you but it doesn't really hurt the ear. Either way, I think this is a great one still
Love the fit and the lights. Airpod look was a little disappointing 😞 at first. The sound , Galaxy phone features and quality definitely makes up for the look.
Definitely one of the best headphones that stays in my ear and has tight bass
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought theses earbuds because they are getting hate, Now I don't tend to make reviews for Samsung products because they don't have this much hate. But theses earbuds had something different, and I know that Samsung wants honest reviews, so I will give one [ Even though they might not read this :( ]
These buds are different, They looks and sound awesome. I've had them for about a week now and the sound that comes out of them is pure. The voices are clear, music is clear, and the new subs are amazing. Way better than what the 2 pro's had. The battery life on them is very long, I can go a whole day with them (without noise cancel) without having to worry about charging them. The noise canceling is neat, and the surround sound awareness is interesting, but it something that I don't see really useful. One "issue", more of a flaw is that pausing music is now much harder. Sure, They added the say commands to these buds, But I would rather raise my shoulder and tap my ear to pause the music instead of saying "pause", or "stop" when my hands are full and people need my attention. In my eyes, the buds 2 pro were a BIG step for Samsung, and so are these don't get wrong. But I feel like they should stick with the design like the 2 pros. Another "flaw" with theses buds, I always have the feeling that they are about to fall out of my ears. Because this design is made for the buds to sit in your ears, I always get the feeling that they are about to fall. The 2 pros, they more had this snug fit in my ears, where I don't have the feeling of them falling. Something that I have going on right now is the in ear sensor is kind of tripping. When the earbuds are in my ear correctly, they tend to disconnect or stop working because the sensor think that they aren't in my ear. But when they aren't in correctly, they work just fine and don't have any issues. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or it is a software bug.
Overall, theses buds are great, I would highly recommend getting these if you are looking for an upgrade or want something new.
