I got this after the delay nearly a month everything is really good but my left silicone eartip broke when I tried to change it for a larger one, if there's any way i can get it fixed or replaced it would really be appreciated 🙏
The ANC goes in and out all the time. It goes to ambient mode automatically and when I try to change it to noise cancellation it says please wear both earbuds, even though I'm already wearing both.

Hi there Ruth, we appreciate you sharing your thoughts about your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro with us. We understand how frustrating it is to have a brand new device that is not aligning to your expectations. We have provided a link to an article to help you with the ANC setting and another to help you reset your earbuds. We have lastly shared a link to the full device manual and the Samsung Support Team to offer assistance with all of the capabilities and assistance if this experience continues. Fantastic sound. The UHQ ability really helps. Only issue I have found is the Buds2 Pro did a slightly better job connect to the phone when wifi was off. The pop-up asking if you want to connect the headphones seems to be slightly more delayed popping up
Upgraded from Galaxy Buds+ - I miss the ability to tap the back of my ear to raise/lower the volume. The tiny button on the stem is hard to locate, especially with gloves on. Adaptive noise cancelling is really nice, though I wish I had to option to keep the music/content volume going when it detected my voice. If I am walking my dog and I talk to him, I don't need my music to mute.
