Bluetooth works good nice features sound quality is a little bit high pitch and every now and then it makes a beeping sound and sometime it drops off

Loving these guys! I've got the pro 1 and pro 2 as well but they are not even close. The noise canceling is amazing, I never hear her really at me anymore!! :D The customer loyalty trade up saved me a ton of $$ as well.. Almost went back to Bose and happy I didn't. Now if Samsung could build an over the ear studio headset and some partnership with Shokz they'd own the market.. .Message me if you want some more creative ideas Samsung..

Sound quality is perfect but side of earbuds don't touch my ear. I loke it because bud 2 prowas fall down on my ear it is not :)

Within 2 weeks the left ear bud stopped charging unless you apply pressure to the bud when in the case. The same thing happened to the other set of buds but with the left bud. Really disappointed as when you look online many people are having the same issue.

Substantially better than Buds 2 Pro and finally reflective of Samsung top tier quality. Exceeded expectations in many ways. Only complaint was that the case scratches very easily, but any case will scratch if not protected.
