Thanks for taking the time to share your candid feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Gema. Your feedback is truly invaluable as we continue to make improvements and changes. If you’re having trouble getting the right fit, it’s important to use the correct size ear tips that come with the earbuds. A proper fit ensures there are no gaps between the ear tip and your ear, which helps prevent sound leaks and enhances audio quality. Make sure to check the directional markings on the earbuds; "R" indicates the right ear and "L" indicates the left ear. Insert each bud accordingly, angling them slightly so that the microphones face your mouth. You can adjust the position by rotating them until you find a comfortable fit. Additionally, consider using the earbud fit test available in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure the best fit for optimal sound quality. Regarding the glitches you mentioned, we'd like to gather some additional information to better assist you. Please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can better assist you. We look forward to hearing from you! -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
The earbuds stopped charging 3 weeks after I purchased them prior to taking a long Airline flight leaving me with no earbuds for my flight and had to take them on my time to a repair shop where it was going to take 5 days for a turnaround. They should have immediately fedexed me new earbuds and then taking the failed earbuds as a return given that they were only three weeks old prior to failure and then it became my problem. I'm not impressed

Thanks for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. It’s understandable how inconvenient it must have been to face challenges with charging, especially before your flight. To ensure proper charging, make sure the charging contacts on the earbuds and case are clean and free from debris. Using Samsung-approved chargers and USB Type-C cables is also recommended for maintaining optimal performance. Fully charging both the earbuds and the case before use can enhance their functionality. If the charging still doesn’t work as expected, visiting a Samsung Service Centre or an authorized service center is recommended. Samsung products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, which may provide support in such situations. Let me start by saying that the sound quality (includung noise cancelation) is very gpod when both buds are in, and they're comfortable.
But the reason I wish I hadn't bought them boils down to this: noise cancelation is not available when using only one bud.
I live in a big city. It is not safe to go around with both ears plugged. I need to hear more than "conversations and sirens" that (sort of) come through in "adaptive mode. I need to have one ear open to my environment. However, these buds don't offer noise cancelation if only one bud is in use -- so in the bustling noise of a city, it's hard to hear someone on the phone, or a news program or podcast (none of which require stereo). Single-ear ANC would fully address this.
And if I put in both buds so I can turn on turn ANC or "adaptive" mode in order to hear, then I can't hear myself through the buds (so I have no idea how loud I'm speaking). Single-ear ANC would fully address this, too.
I had cheap buds 5+ years ago that supported single-bud ANC. With the number of mics, I think this would be just a firmware change. I expected far more from this brand (especially at this price).

Hey ChiGirl! Thanks for sharing your detailed feedback about the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. It's great to see that you find the sound quality and comfort impressive when using both earbuds. Regarding noise cancellation, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro require both earbuds to be worn for features like Active Noise Cancelling and Adaptive mode to function effectively. This design ensures optimal performance. For safety and awareness, the Ambient sound mode can be activated to allow surrounding sounds to come through, helping you stay alert to your environment. The Voice Detect feature automatically switches to Ambient sound mode when you start speaking, which can help you hear your own voice during calls. Once again, we appreciate your candid feedback. They fall out all the time

I purchased the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro silver, and they fall out all the time. I have tried changing the tip from small, to medium, to large several times, but I feel that they fall out because of the design and not the fit. I cant eat or chew gum with them in. I cannot lean forward too far. They do not want to stay in! I can compare it to wearing a heavy poorly fitted pair of glasses and have to constantly be push back on. I owned the Galaxy buds 2 before this and they also were bug and bulky, but they stayed in better, but would cause ear soreness from tight fit. I owned the original Galaxy buds and used them for 6 years! before they gave our and they fit better than all the new models. I tried purchasing a refurbished set of original Galaxy buds but they were broke and the noise cancelation did not work, so I was forced to go with the new models and they all sucked. Super disappointed and with they lived up to the hype. But they did not because they fall out all the time. And no I do not have odd shaped ears.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Ryan. The Buds3 Pro are designed to fit securely when adjusted properly, but we understand that fit can vary for different users. To improve the fit, you can try rotating the earbuds slightly or adjusting their position to ensure the touch-sensitive sensor makes contact with your ear. Additionally, the Galaxy Wearable app offers a Fit Test feature that can help you find the best fit. Simply wear both earbuds, open the app, and follow the steps to run the test.
