Nice new design but major issues

Overall I will give them a three primary due to the fit in the ear. My Buds2+ fit a lot more securely and I've been told I'm a lot clearer when I use the Buds2+ instead of the Buds3 Pro. The other aspect is they went with a less powerful wireless charger on the new Buds3 Pro than what the Buds2+ has. If you use almost any real protective case (I like the Spigen cases) you cannot charge the Buds3 Pro wirelessly - period. I have absolutely no issue charging the Buds2+ in a Spigen case wirelessly with multiple different chargers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Massive fan of the new direction the design went in. The new touch controls are amazing compared to the hold capacitive ones. Much prefer the new buttons. I have had zero accidental inputs. In ear fit is a very clear improvement over last gen. Passthrough mode is significantly better with these as well as audio quality. Couldnt recommend them more. Wouldn't kill you to hold off on the upgrade however I think they are well worth it. Would love to see more striking designs across the Samsung lineup.

It sounds excellent, and the stick operates smoothly. However, (1) it never gave me a "good fitting", and when I tried to replace to a different size insert, the plastic ring broke off and left on the unit and I don't want to force it out so I returned the unit. (2) I prefer BUDS 2 design a lot more, so I'll keep using it, or buy another one since this set occassionally disconnected itself.
