[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first purchased my buds, I didn't like them. Once I learned how to use them, I love my Galaxy Bud Pro 3. The sound quality is amazing! The smooth transition of the volume when I'm listening and I start talking to someone is amazing. I feel like I'm in a theater when I'm streaming movies. I feel like I'm right there when I'm listening to my E-Books. The seamless actions across apps is awesome. When in a phone call, the call quality is amazing. It's so crisp and clear.

Poor product quality from Samsung. Intermittently won't charge due to "sweat or moisture," after workouts, even after product Also, earphones will only last for 2-3 hrs max, and the case will offer about 2 full charges. Very disappointed because I just got it and its already had multiple issues. Would not recommend anyone get these.

For the best charging performance, it's important to ensure that the earbuds and charging contacts are clean and dry. Sweat or moisture on the charging contacts can lead to charging interruptions or corrosion. We recommend thoroughly cleaning the earbuds and charging contacts with a dry, soft cloth after workouts before placing them in the case. If this continues after doing so, you may need to reach out to us for further assistance. Regarding the battery life, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro are designed to provide 24 hours of use on a single charge, and the charging case offers an additional 30 hours when charged. For extended battery life, it's best to store the earbuds in a fully charged case when not in use to minimize battery consumption. You can also adjust the notification settings from the Galaxy Wearable app on the connected phone. The sub-microphone, located on the top outer edge of the earbuds, is sensitive to these settings and may produce a howling or beeping noise in such situations. Poor fit, but mostly don't like the fact they both need in for the ANC to work. My other brand I use I can use 1 bud and enable ANC.

The newer Samsung Galaxy earbuds come equipped with this feature, which effectively blocks out surrounding noise, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in your music. If you need to be aware of your surroundings, simply turn off Active Noise Cancellation. You're correct that this feature only works when both earbuds are inserted in your ears. We also noted your concerns regarding the fit. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sizes of ear tips, so it is important to ensure you have the right size for your ears. A proper fit prevents gaps between the ear tips and your ears, avoiding sound leaks and ensuring optimal audio quality. Once you have the correct tips attached, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks that indicate “L” for the left ear and “R” for the right. Insert the right bud into your right ear, making sure the “R” is facing you, and do the same for the left bud. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone points toward your mouth, and adjust them by rotating until they feel comfortable. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to confirm you have the proper fit.
