[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really wish there was some sort of hook for the ear to distinguish them from airpods and ensure they do not fall out. The functionality is amazing though. Love how when I talk I can hear around me, combined with the noise cancelation when I'm not talking. Truly exceptional. Seamless actions across apps make it even easier to enjoy.

One Bud Will Not Charge

One bud will not change had these a month and the left bud will no longer charge. Cleaned, restarted, tried reset, and reseated the buds and still nothing. Google this and you'll see it's a widespread issue.

Horrible Earbuds

One of Samsung's worst earbuds. They don't stay in your ear and they constantly turn off noise cancelling. They also don't charge all the time in the case. Tried to return these and Samsung said only thing I could do is have the earbuds serviced. Don't waste your time with these

First, please ensure you are using the included USB cable along with a Samsung-approved wall adapter. If you’re trying to charge wirelessly, make sure the case is positioned directly in the center of the charging pad, as misalignment can affect charging. If your charging case has a cover, consider removing it, as this could interfere with wireless charging. Additionally, check that the earbuds are properly seated in the case. If they aren't fully in place, the charging contacts may not connect. We also recommend inspecting the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case for any dirt or debris that might be blocking the connection. Regular cleaning can help maintain proper contact over time. Keep an eye on the indicator lights as well. If you see a flashing red light, that indicates something may need attention. If the lights are unresponsive, try disconnecting and reconnecting the charger for a brief period. Not Meeting Expectations

I feel like these earbuds need more optimization. When I remove one, I hear a strange sound that wasn’t present with my previous Samsung Buds. It seems like this product wasn’t thoroughly tested before release. I’m giving it 3 stars because of the lack of proper optimization. I hope Samsung addresses these issues in future updates so this doesn’t end up being a waste of money.
