Bad fit. Do not stay in during certain activities

I have had the Galaxy Buds3 Pro for a little over a year now and have had other buds dating back to the initial release in 2019. I feel I have a god feel for the overall sound, quality and comfort of these products. I have been a Galaxy phone customer for about 15 years now and adding Galaxy Buds are very seamless on the Galaxy backbone. I have never had any issues with connecting or pairing other than connectivity issues related to Wi-Fi/internet. Normally an occasional un-pair/re-pair is expected. The Buds3 Pro problem I have has to do with how they fit and the fact that they do not always stay in my ear. Primarily the left bud has a tendency to fall out. I am relatively active and the whole purpose for Buds is, so I don't need to wear a headset on my head when I am at the gym, on a bike ride or on a walk/hike. I have tested all 3 sizes and even different sizes for each ear. The left ear bud just does not stay, and I am constantly re-positioning it, so it does not fall. Sound quality is outstanding. There really is only so much that you can expect from sound from a little device like this that is connected via Bluetooth. In my opinion, Samsung has always been very good with the sound quality. Another issue that I do not like about the Galaxy Buds3 Pro is the way they are controlled. You have to literally grab them and push 1, 2 or 3 times to have them do what you need. In my opinion it is very finicky. You have to listen carefully so you can hear the little beeps to ensure if it was 1, 2 or 3 times that you pressed it. I frequently have to stop and focus on how many times I'm pressing to make sure it is doing what I want. The older models of Buds were much better as they had a larger area that you would tap and tapping was much easier than grabbing with your finger and thumb so you can depress. Now the volume control seems to work okay as I don't need to grab the Bud, I can just put my finger on it and slide up or down. This could probably still be improved but it works okay. In my opinion, the original Galaxy Buds from 2019 have been my favorites. The had the little shark fin on them so that you could place in your ear and twist for secure fit. They would never fall out, and I would even use them on bike rides for that reason. The only reason I don't use them any longer is because the left earbud stopped working. I replaced these with the original Galaxy Buds Pro in 2021. The Galaxy Buds Pro are the worst as far as staying in your ears and the charging case stopped working after about 6 months or so. These fit the worst as you literally have to press them into your ears to try to keep them in and it made them very uncomfortable and sound quality would then be muffled. Between the original Pro and Buds3 Pro I actually used a product from another company as I was extremely unhappy with the Buds Pro. There have been improvements with the Buds3 Pro ear buds but like I mentioned, the left bud just does not stay in my ear and having it fall out while on a ride or walk/run increases the possibility of either damaging or losing the bud altogether and these are not exactly inexpensive. I am once again in the market and honestly looking at other options. Its looking like I will be a former Galaxy Buds customer due to the issues with them staying in my ear. And I understand you will probably respond with the default response explaining how to place them in your ear, making sure to use the correct size and using the fit test. I have done all that. In my case, it has not made a difference. I am giving 2 stars primarily for the sound quality.

Just dont work

Battery life is horrible compared to buds pro2. Squeeling high pitch noise when inserting into ears.

Bought it in August 2024 and the left one stopped working after about a month. The voice is so faint in that one, you can barely hear it.

Great Sound and Features, but Fit Could Be Better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro every day, and overall, they deliver an excellent experience. The sound quality is impressive, with deep bass and clear highs, making music and calls enjoyable. Noise cancellation is effective, and the seamless transition between my devices works flawlessly, making it easy to switch from my phone to my laptop without any hassle. The build quality feels premium, and they are comfortable to wear, at least for a while.
The only issue I have is with the fit. No matter how much I adjust them, the earbuds always seem to find their way out of my ears, even when using the largest ear tips. This can be frustrating, especially during workouts or long listening sessions. I wish they had a more secure fit to match their otherwise outstanding performance.
If they fit your ears well, these are some of the best earbuds available. But for those with fit issues, they might not be the most reliable option.

If you can try them out first, I would!

They are a nice set of ear buds. However, they do not fit as well as my last set. The Galaxy Buds Pro fit like not other. Meanwhile, this set it not good at all. I've tried all the different sizes, and still feel like they're going to fall out. Or they just do and I almost lose them. I really wish I would have kept the Buds instead of "upgrading". Other then the most important thing. The sound is still great. The quick touch features are still nice.

Great at first...but serious charging issues

I bought these earbuds in late September thinking they would work great. I travel a bit and really enjoyed the integrated AI translation you can use these for. Sounds quality is really good as well as comfort, however, they starting having all sorts of charging issues. Sometimes only one earbud would charge, then the other, then they altogether stopped charging. Very disappointed that they gave out so quickly with such little usage as well.
