Charging issue

I had my earbuds for about a year. Now they have stopped charging. I try them in someone else's box, and they charge. I'm a little disappointed. I was hoping for the equipment to last longer.

Great Updared Features and Configurations

I'm really pleased with the Ear buds 3pro's I purchased here. I was surprised how many different configurations they have on top of the great updated features and modern design. The connection to my devices is noticeably faster and easy to adjust. Lightweight and fit comfortable inside my ears without any irritation or slippage. And a veriaty of tip sizes to give it that extra custom feeling..And I really do love that sound quality I get from this Samsung Product. Clear and unmistakable quality. It did not disappoint when using the noise reduction feature and I was able to use my set for an entire work shift..The battery in the buds and the case held true for a relaxing day..

Auto Switch does not work

The sound quality of the Buds are good. They work for workouts fairly well....if they are only connected to one device. The Auto Switch feature is not ready for prime time. The updated Wearables App doesn't support the Buds. You have to go to settings every time. The Windows Buds app is buggy. If I have to go into settings all the time, is it TRULY Auto Switch?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Auto Switch feature on Galaxy devices allows your phones, tablets, and earbuds to remember if you've previously paired multiple Galaxy wearable devices, making it simple to switch between them. Just wear your other connected device, and it will connect automatically. The Galaxy Wearable app also facilitates easy switching between devices. With Galaxy Buds3, Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Galaxy Buds+, Galaxy Buds2, Galaxy Buds2 Pro, and Galaxy Buds Pro, you don’t need to manually switch when someone calls. For instance, if you’re listening to music on a Galaxy tablet with One UI 3.1, you can answer calls using your earbuds! The Automatic Switching feature will transfer the call to your phone. Similarly, if you're playing music on your phone and open a YouTube video on your tablet, your earbuds will then play the YouTube audio. This feature is only available on Galaxy devices running One UI 3.1 or newer, signed into the same Samsung account. Connectivity issues.

I had this headphone for around a year now. This headphones take long time to connect and disconnect. I noticed this right away as my previous gen buds 2 connected much faster. Sometimes when they are in the charging box they would still be connected to my phone. Using this headphones for only a year there were moltiple times that i was thinking to just go with something else and to get read of this headphones.I wouldn't recommend buying it. Gen 2 are much better.

We have a simple fix: try unpairing and re-pairing your earbuds. Disconnect Bluetooth, then pair again with your device. Sometimes, this straightforward step resolves connection issues. You can also clear the Bluetooth cache: go to Settings, Apps, tap the Sort icon (down arrow with three bars), select Show system apps, find Bluetooth, then go to Storage and tap Clear data. Excellent Product!

I've had mine for about a year and a half. I haven't had any problems. They fit nice and feel good. I wear them for hours and they are very comfortable. They sound great, battery life get's me through a whole day at work. Granted I have chargers at work and in the car so I do charge intermittently, when I'm not using them, but I've never had a problem. I love the noise cancellation. I use this feature at the skating rink and I can hear my music clearly without any leaking from my surroundings.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Design flaws

They are really really good headphones I like them a lot but I really hate how low the battery life on these things if you use any other mode than standard, and then 1/5 five times one side won't charge over night. It gets annoying when I come into work expecting a full charge only to have one earbud at 15%.

I have had all iterations of the samsung buds. The the bud+ where the best fitting i have ever had because of the fins. The pros when they stay in the ear are fine but any movement and they will fall out

Wearing your earbuds properly is crucial for several reasons: it improves sound quality, increases comfort, and ensures they stay securely in your ears. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different-sized ear tips, so the first step is to make sure you have the right size for your ears. A proper fit helps eliminate gaps between your ear and the ear tip, preventing sound leakage and ensuring optimal audio performance. If you need help changing the tips, please refer to our guide for Buds3 Pro tips.
Once you have the correct ear tips, follow these steps to wear your earbuds:
1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks; you will see an "L" for left and an "R" for right.
2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you.
3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you.
4. Angle the bud slightly so that the microphone at the bottom points toward your mouth, rather than straight down.
5. Adjust the earbuds by rotating them forward and backward until they fit comfortably.

Am not happy with them. Only reason I got samsung was because I wanted to be able to locate my earbuds if lost. Well that option is the worst, I could probably have my earbuds in my hands in front of me next to the phone and the app won't find them. There is a 5 mnt timer to find and doesn't work as smooth as I thought they would . I dislike them soooo much
