Sound quality is great, ANC is great, the way the stems fit in case not so much, they don't just drop in, you have to fiddle with them to go in. Ear tip design awful, tore one when changing to smaller tip, fortunately it's one that doesn't fit my ear but still too difficult to remove
Returned after 15 minutes. Left earbud just wouldn't get a good seal, rubber on eartip broke off, stems sit uncomfortably on ear, poor touch controls. If I wanted an airpod then I would have got that. Very disappointed with this item from samsung and I am a huge samsung fan otherwise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far, sound quality is on fire! I traded in my Galaxy buds 2 for the Buds 3 pro, and I am pleased. The only thing I don't like is the fact that they do not hang on very well on the ear, so I have to be repositioning them every now and then. Besides that, I give them a 8 out of a 10.
