It's Great But...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds have phenomenal audio quality, spectacular ambient audio amplification (I'm someone with auditory processing issues to I sometimes have to put one in to actually hear someone better), and insane noise cancelation.
My complaints are a little more specific than what most people would be upset about. There's a weird smell that comes from the case and the silicone ear-nub things. It constantly smells like burnt hair and I couldn't even tell you why. At first I thought it was because it was malfunctioning or something. But no, it just smells like that all the time. Another thing I'm not particularly satisfied with is those earbud replacements. They don't really have enough adequate sizes to fit in my ear properly, which is a bummer because I'm someone that unfortunately has to deal with a lot of "being in-between sizes" for A LOT of things out there, and these earbuds sadly are not an exception. It does affect the experience for me because I always fear that my earbuds are just going to outright pop out of my ears.
The audio quality still rules and the functions for up and down volume are honestly so much better compared to past earbud versions (I used to have the Galaxy Buds 1 and 2, I hated the double tap functions because it wouldn't always detect it).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having Galaxy AI features integrated into the buds makes life so convenient, and once you get the hang of the touch controls they make it easy to reconnect with the outside world without having to take out your buds

Work well, until it wouldn't charge.

I liked these earbuds and they worked well and I liked the features, hence the three stars, until the left stopped charging. I was going to just upgrade to the Pro 4 bud the website indicated that that my device was still under warranty. So, in good faith, I decided to send them in. Once they were received and inspected they indicated that they were no longer under warranty due to "fluid damage" inside of the cradle. I worked for Harman, a Samsung company for over a decade and this device is rated IP57, which is "brief water immersion". It never should have been able to have been damaged by whatever fluid accumulated in the cradle if it was actually designed and tested to IP57 standards. I don't think they should claim that a product is water resistant if it isn't.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Connectivity

Cool design, cool features, in theory. The small details and sound quality are truly phenomenal when they work, however there is such an intermittent connectivity issue I can only use one bud a time as it shifts from one ear to the other. Not to mention the case color wore off just from being in my short pockets. Fix the connectivity and get some quality control.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Response from Samsung USBy R&R, June 12, 2026
Hello Scalzone,
The Galaxy Buds3 Pro offer impressive sound quality and a feature-rich experience when everything is functioning properly, so it's wonderful to hear that those aspects stood out to you. I understand how frustrating inconsistent connectivity can be, especially when it affects your ability to use both earbuds together. Thank you for sharing your feedback on the performance and durability of the case. Thank you for choosing Samsung.

These are amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had headphones in the past with "active noise cancelling" that didn't block anything. These truly block out noice when I need it. It's customizable in so many ways and of course, like all Samsung devices, being able to track them is always a good thing!

Galaxy Buds3 Pro: An Excellent Upgrade
on June 12, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new stem-style design on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro is a massive shift, but it completely hits the mark. They look sharp, fit comfortably, and integrate flawlessly with Galaxy devices.
* Design & Fit: The angular stems look incredibly modern, and the LED lights add a futuristic touch. Moving the weight to the stem makes them feel lightweight, preventing ear fatigue during long sessions. * Sound Quality: Audio is top-tier thanks to a dual-driver setup. The sound profile has a punchy, resonant bass that makes tracks sound massive, while the treble stays perfectly clean and crisp. * ANC & Ambient Mode: The ANC easily blocks out low-frequency rumbles like AC units or traffic. The Adaptive ANC is also smart enough to automatically switch to transparency mode the second you start speaking. * Call Quality: With the mics positioned lower down the stems, voice calls are crystal clear. People on the other end can hear you perfectly even in noisy environments.
The Downsides: The pinch-and-swipe gesture controls on the triangular stems take a bit of muscle memory to master. Also, the silicone ear tips feel a bit fragile when you are trying to swap them out.
Overall, if you're already in the Galaxy ecosystem, these are a total no-brainer for premium sound, great calls, and a comfortable fit.
