Clear sound and great isolation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great earbuds. Comfortable to wear all day, they are quick to charge, look elegant with the led strip on the ear buds. Also, with being noise canceling, they are great with isolation and complete immersion into your music, podcast, video, etc but they are smart enough to know when to shut them off when an emergency vehicle comes but or is someone starts a conversation with you while you are wearing them.

Sound reduction is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used galaxy buds pro 2 for 2 years and wanted to upgrade, namely for the sound reduction feature upgrade. I was not disapointed ! Also the pinch feature is nice, avoiding to press pause when you adjusting the earplugs !

Horrible sound and clarity

My buds are worthless. No one can ever hear me and always says I sound muffled. My buds 2 also had same issue I would love to upgrade to the 4 pro but I am scared they will suck just as bad
