[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new design compared to the lobe fitting wasn't preffered but understandable. The sound quality is phenomenal especially with noise cancelation in busy school and work areas. The fitting is comfortable for long periods of wearing but can slip out with rigorous full body exercises.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought primarily for quality of sound works wonderfully. The noise canceling on these is amazing because I fly a lot and it definitely helps. Haven't used the AI yet that's available but I'm sure it's okay but pretty much I think AI sucks and I won't be using it until it's absolutely necessary but I am sick and tired of companies shoving it down our throats nobody wants it so I hope you all go bankrupt trying to push it on us

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great now, but half the time they don't even work.And when they take them into samsung, they just look at me and tell me that either my warranty isn't valid or some other issue with my warranty.And thus i'm stuck with a pair of broken buds.

Fantastic customization of audio and fit

Personlization of audio quality / eq was a nice surprise as I didnt think I'd need it but did.
