Falling all the the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy buds3 Pro earbuds keep falling out all the time; they don’t stay in the ear. The plastic piece that holds them in the ear is very weak. The sound is perfect; the sound quality and the music are great. The only issue is that they don’t stay in the ears because the plastic is too weak.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. The features, such as immersive audio and enhanced listening tools, are designed to improve your everyday use. We understand how important a secure fit is, which is why the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips.
First, ensure you have the right size ear tips for your ears. The tips should fit snugly with no gaps between your ear and the ear tip. This helps prevent sound leaks and ensures optimal audio quality. If you need instructions on how to change the tips, please refer to our guide for the Buds3 Pro tips.
Once you have the appropriate tips attached to your buds, follow these steps:
1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional markings. You will see an "L" for left and an "R" for right.
2. Insert the R bud into your right ear, with the R facing you.
3. Insert the L bud into your left ear, with the L facing you.
4. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down.
5. Adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until they feel comfortable.

Good sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pads are good when it comes to hearing clearly when I speak on the phone. It is easy to put on and take off, and the volume goes up and down. I'm still learning how to use it. The only downside is that it doesn't stay in my ear. It is easy to drop, and my ear is so small. If I move too much, I can drop it. Other than that, they are really nice.
