Don't stay in, one has failed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the a couple years now. The left ear bud died after 2 weeks and had to be returned for repair. Niether bud stays in the ear well. I would give 1 star for that, but there is good sound quality. Ai works well and Anc is great. If they can fix the staying in issue I'd totally change my mind.

Finding the right placement for your Galaxy Buds3 Pro can sometimes be challenging. It's important to wear your earbuds correctly for several reasons: you'll enjoy better sound quality, they will fit more comfortably, and they are less likely to fall out. Improperly wearing them can lead to discomfort, sound leaks, and an increased chance of losing an earbud.
The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. To ensure the best fit, start by selecting the right-sized tips for your ears. The tips should fit snugly without any gaps between your ear and the ear tip, which helps to prevent sound leaks and guarantees optimal audio performance. If you need help changing the tips, please refer to our guide for the Buds3 Pro.
Once you have the correct tips in place, follow these steps:
1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional markings—there will be an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right bud.
2. Insert the right bud (R) into your right ear, making sure the "R" is facing you.
3. Insert the left bud (L) into your left ear, ensuring the "L" is also facing you.
4. Slightly angle the earbuds so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down.
5. Adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until you find a comfortable fit.

The voice recognition software that the Budspro3 uses and Galaxy AI, make everything I do a seamless transition.
