Great Quality and Surpassed the 2s

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the Galaxy buds for a year now, enjoying my experience with them. I take them with me on work trips flying around the US and the battery lasts for several flights before needing to recharge the case. Unfortunately, before the year ended, the left ear piece was defective and would cause a high pitched squeal into my ear. I filed a claim with Samsung and they sent me to a local repair shop and has the earbud replaced. Since it was under the 1 year mark, it was covered and the replacement was fast enough. The process was fast and easy. I have not combined the use with Galaxy AI yet.
Overall, these are a major upgrade from the 2s, had long lasting battery life, sound quality is great and it fits my ears so much better.

Compact and great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are are a great upgrade from the previous Buds versions because of the automatic ambient sound features and the improved bass sound. These buds are easier to use because the volume can be increased or decreased by simply sliding my finger up or down on one of the buds and the pinch feature to pause/play or answer/hang up is also a great upgrade. I like the Active Noise Canceling setting because it can automatically turn on the ambient sound whenever a voice or siren is detected which is useful when listening to music at work and suddenly someone begins talking to you. I've used these buds for video call meetings and they are excellent at canceling outside noise so I can only hear the people in the meeting. The sound quality for music is also very good. The equalizer is very versatile and I can adjust it to make songs sound very rich. I never have any problem getting enough bass from these buds either. All in all these buds come very handy in my daily routines, especially at work. They're one of my favorite devices from Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: They sound great. Lots of features to make them customizable. I love that the support lossless audio. I also love the voice controls. They stay in my ears better than any of the other buds I have had. I like the Galaxy AI features as well. The translation feature is awesome for my job.
Cons: Battery life is sub par if you have all the features on. I don't love the case. I tend to drop things and had to get a locking case. You will get feedback putting the buds in your ears. White noise is loud with ANC on.

Galaxy Buds3 Pro are an upgrade from my Airpods Pro 2. Noise cancelling and ambient noise reductions performed above average compared to alternatives. Real-world battery life averaged around 5 hours with noise cancelling on.

Samsung wins again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love these Galaxy Buds pro 3. I only upgraded for the Galaxy Ai features avaliable on the new buds. Otherwise id still be using my old Galaxy buds because they still sound great and hold a charge.
The Buds 3 pro do have a bit better sound and the bass is clearer though. Would definitely recommend anyone to get them.
