Did not work w/ samsung phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy AI, I rarely used it with my phone because the buds 90% of time wouldn't connect to my samsung phone. Just fine with my laptop though.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your thoughts on your Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Consistent connection is crucial for daily use, especially with features like Galaxy AI involved. When everything is in sync, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro are designed to work seamlessly across your devices, providing a smooth experience.
To connect your Galaxy Buds, ensure each earbud is properly oriented, then insert them into their corresponding slots in the charging case. If the charging case's battery indicator light doesn't flash, connect the case to a charger and charge it for more than 10 minutes. After that, close and reopen the charging case.
Alternatively, you can open the case and press and hold the Connect button on the bottom for more than 3 seconds. This automatically puts the earbuds into Bluetooth pairing mode and triggers a pop-up window on your mobile device. If the pop-up window doesn’t appear, or if you’re connecting to a non-Samsung Android device, follow the steps to connect without the pop-up window.
When the charging case's battery indicator light flashes red, remove the earbuds, then reinsert them into the case. On your mobile device, tap "Connect" in the pop-up window, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection. Once connected, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to your mobile device whenever you open the charging case with the earbuds inside.

Good sounds, bad fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like these but I have only ever been able to get two models of Buds to fit my ears well and not fall out. The original Buds and the Buds live which I still have and use way more often then the Buds 2 or 3 Pro just because the fit and don't fall out of my ears. I will say the Buds 3 are a better fit than the Buds 2. The auto ambient sound goes off a lot and is distracting. I'm around machines and it will cut on and off so I just turned it off. Which was one of the big selling points for getting the pros vs the regular buds. I should have saved the money and the regular ones probably would stay in my ears better. But overall good sound for as long as I can keep them from falling out, and yes I have tried all the inserts to get the best fit. If you not unlucky like me and they fit your ears then you will probably love them.
