[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are hands down the bed earbuds I have ever used. For me it's the voice controls,they are huge step forward.I say answer call and it works!I say play music and it works! I say next song and it works! All with no launch word like hi Bixby. Just say the command like volume up and it works so well,it seems like magic.
The sound quality is superb. And now with a true hifi option, some songs sound new again.
I really like a new feature called adaptive sound control. It block sound unless it hears a voice or sirens,which is great for one ear driving.
Battery life is great with no extras on like ambient sound,but with it on its what you would expect.
At last thing I love the new design way better then my buds pro 2s.You can have them light up when u wear them,or if you lose one.
Worth every pennies!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the sound quality is really good but what I like the most is the color and the look of the case. The top lid being transparent and the finish of the case makes it stand out and look way better than AirPods or any other similar device.

I own Buds 2 pro and Buds 3 pro. Sound quality is great but charge drains quickly compared to earlier version. Noise cancellation is also very good.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MS TEAMS

Man did I get suckered into this garbage. These don't work with Microsoft Teams, don't buy them if you need to use them for this. Samsung knows about this and has made a stance that they aren't going to fix the compatibility with Team at the expense of sound quality (minimal and probably unnoticeable, my Google Pixel Buds Pro work fantastic with Teams and have great sound quality). I have the entire ecosystem of Samsung products so it's not like I don't like their stuff, it's just this is not a usable product for me without this compatibility and I'm sure i'm not alone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
