From day 1 there was a high pitch noise in my bud. I reached out for a replacement and I'm told they need to be "repaired." These are brand new buds. They should not need to be "repaired,"

The Buds3 Pro are designed to deliver immersive audio, but if you're hearing a high-pitched noise, it could be caused by Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) being turned on or an obstruction to the speaker.
We have partnered with uBreakiFix, an authorized repair service with over 600 locations nationwide, so there's likely a facility near you. You can bring your Galaxy Buds there for inspection.

Awesome sound with impeccable bass

Lightweight with great Noice Cancelling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using the Buds 3 pro for over a year now, and I must say it's a big improvement from the already good Buds 2 pro. I use it when exercising, commuting and work. The noice cancelling is great and you can really tell when I'm on the train.
