Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. This model features precise charging contacts within a compact design for easy power management. If either earbud isn't charging or turning on, the concern may lie with the earbuds or the charging case. Using a non-Samsung-approved charger could cause charging difficulties, and the earbuds might also be damaged. Try fully charging the case, inspecting the earbuds for damage, or restarting them. Always use the included USB cable and a Samsung-approved wall adapter when charging (sold separately). Alternatively, you can charge the earbuds with select Samsung Qi-compatible wireless charging pads or PowerShare-enabled phones. Ensure the earbuds are correctly seated in the case for proper contact. Check for debris on the charging contacts, clean the contacts inside the case and on the earbuds if needed, as dust or wax buildup can block charging. Refer to our guide on cleaning earbuds for detailed instructions. If you’ve tried all troubleshooting steps without success, contact our Samsung Support Team for further assistance. My Buds Pro 3 are the best investment I have ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say that I am truly impressed with the new Buds 3 Pro. The sound quality and noise cancellation are outstanding. I use them every single day, both at work and in my daily life, as I greatly enjoy listening to music, and the audio experience they deliver is exceptional.
When it comes to noise cancellation, I particularly appreciate how seamlessly it transitions from the surrounding street noise to allowing me to hear only what I want. One of their greatest advantages is the integration of artificial intelligence, which pairs perfectly with my Samsung ecosystem and enhances my experience on a daily basis.
I am eagerly looking forward to the next generation of Buds, as these are, in my opinion, the best on the market. The thought of new ones being released genuinely excites me, and I cannot wait to enjoy everything they will have to offer.
