I'm very pleased with my new Galaxy buds. The sound is crisp and clear, and switches seamlessly between different Bluetooth devices like my buds or car. They charge quickly and the battery life is great!
I have average size ears. I tried all the sizes of the silicone but the actual earpiece hurts the top inner part of my ear. All the other features of these are great. Just wish they were a little more comfortable.

Good sound, volume, ANC, battery, and fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds have a good sound, volume, active noise canceling, battery life, and fit. Although I haven't use the AI features yet, I look forward to using them. The only thing I'm not a fan of, is how the earbuds fit into the case. It can be a little tricky to get them in. I would prefer a design that would make it very easy to place them into the case.

They do everything great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgrade these every time a new model comes out so I can't compare to other brands as I've had Samsung buds for 3-4 generations now. Versus the previous iteration, these ones are a worse fit in terms of sound insulation and if you ever lean against a pillow or something similar, you can't do that with these ones, you could with the past ones. The battery... The ANC consumes a lot of battery, forget about being able to use them for a full 5-6 hour flight, I bring a second pair for that.. I mostly use them to travel and to work out so that works well. I'm terms of the Galaxy AI functionalities, I wish I could use them the same way I use my meta glasses, I wish I could have a conversation with my AI assistant, the translation is a bit slow to be convenient and at this point of development using the interpreter/translator app on your phone is more convenient if the goal is a conversation. No points deducted for that as I appreciate innovation. I would buy them again, I hope that next generation has more battery, I really don't care about the side lights as they consume a lot of battery if used, so use that space for more battery please. Also, I hope next generation has an improved codec.. fingers crossed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been enjoying the Samsung Buds 3 Pro lately, and there’s a lot to like. First off — the sound quality is fantastic. Whether it’s music, podcasts, or ambient sounds, these buds deliver crisp highs, warm mids, and strong bass in a way that makes me want to actually use them. The connectivity is seamless too — pairing and switching between devices has been smooth and reliable, which always earns major points from me. Style-wise, they look premium: that sleek finish, subtle brand touches, elegant case. I especially like the sliding volume control on the stems — it’s intuitive, satisfying, and frankly feels high-end compared to the usual tap/multi-tap controls. That said, there are some drawbacks. First — the ear fit. While they look good and feel okay for a while, after a longer session my ears start to hurt more than I’d expect for premium earbuds. Not terrible, but noticeable. Call quality is another weak spot: when I’m in an office setting and trying to speak quietly, the background-noise-canceling seems to interfere — people on the other end tell me I sound muffled or too quiet and I end up raising my voice to compensate in a professional setting, which I really shouldn’t have to do. Lastly — charging issues. Putting the buds into the case sometimes doesn’t register or start the charge reliably, which is annoying when you’re about to head out and rely on that extra battery. Overall, the Buds 3 Pro deliver a compelling blend of premium sound, smart connectivity, and style

Hi there njaxson85, Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your Galaxy Buds3 Pro. It's great to hear you are satisfied with the sound quality and it meets your expectations. If your earbuds sometimes fall out, remember that the Galaxy Buds3 Pro offers different-sized ear tips. The first step is to ensure you have the correct size for your ears—tips should fit snugly without gaps, helping to prevent sound leaks and optimize audio. For instructions on changing the tips, refer to our guide linked below. After installing the correct tips: check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks, labeled L and R. Insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so the microphone points toward your mouth, then adjust by rotating until comfortable. See our guide below for tips on achieving the best fit. Good sound quality and features. I have tried 2 additonal sets of tips and can't get a good fit. Left bud causes pain.

Hi there Bruce TI,
Thank you for sharing your experience with your Galaxy Buds3 Pro. When changing the ear tips, ensure you select the ones that fit your ears properly and follow these steps for a safe replacement. Handle the tips carefully, avoiding pulling with your fingernails to prevent tearing. To wear your Galaxy Buds3 Pro comfortably, use the different-sized ear tips provided, selecting the right size to eliminate gaps between your ear and the tip. This helps reduce sound leaks and optimizes audio quality. For instructions on changing the tips, see our guide linked below. After fitting the correct tips, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks labeled L and R. Insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing outward, and the L earbud into your left ear with the L facing outward. Tilt the microphone slightly toward your mouth instead of downward. We understand that finding the right fit is about comfort, and we hope this guidance helps you wear your earbuds properly. Thank you for your review, and we appreciate your choice of Samsung.
