[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that these work with Galaxy AI! I am an avid gym goer, and not only do these literally make the room go quiet instantly, but I can use the Galaxy AI features to look up workouts and variations withiut having to stop what I'm doing! They use Galaxy AI to do live translations when I am speaking to someone of a foreign language and then helps you with the correct response! Truly amazing earbuds. Worth every penny and then some!

I travel alot so I always need music, they are super comfortable for long listening sessions! Highly recommend!

Amazing sound but fit weird

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these earbuds, they are definitely a upgrade of the 2 pros I used to have. Sound amazing the anc is much better at blocking out sounds. My one issue with them is that even with the multiple ear tips they still don't fit in my ears correctly and eventually fall out after a bit especially when I am working out. I wish Samsung still put the little tails on the earbuds to help with people who have ears like mine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like the new shape of the earbuds, which keep falling out of my ears, despite switching out the actual ear tips to try each size out. I don't like the fact that when I'm using my Galaxy Ai app, the volume automatically cuts to half strength/power, so I can barely hear it when I'm out in public, with one earbud in. So far, the
I loved the battery life on it, and I like that it works seamlessly with my Samsung Gala S23 Ultra, and the range on them. I can go from my bedroom to the kitchen, and still be paired to my phone. My Beats Fit Pro earbuds fit the best in my ears, but they don't have the same range as the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro do.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro! We appreciate knowing that you’ve tried out the different ear tips to find the right fit. To get the best performance, check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks. You’ll see an “L” for the left ear and an “R” for the right. When inserting them, place the R bud in your right ear with the “R” facing you, and the L bud in your left ear with the “L” facing you. Angle them slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing toward your mouth. You can also rotate the earbuds back and forth to find the most comfortable fit. We recommend running the earbud fit test to ensure they're properly fitted. As for the volume concern with the Galaxy AI app that you are referring to, please check the sound settings for that specific app and look for any updates in the Wearable app. If the volume still seems off, we're here to help, so don’t hesitate to reach out to Samsung Support.
