When I'm on a call, I have to speak extremely loud for other party to hear me. Calls are terrible

When paired with a Galaxy device, these features work together to provide clear, stable sound and a dependable connection. Check that each earbud is oriented correctly and fitted properly in the right ear. If necessary, switch out the tips for a better fit to reduce audio leaks. Verify your device's volume level and increase it on your phone if needed, using the Volume up button. If the volume is maxed but sound remains low, it’s probably because the phone and earbuds have separate volume controls. These are great. Better than my sony or beats. Work great w my s 24 ultra. The buttons and quirks take some getting used to but only a week and they are becoming better and better noise cancellyis great ambient mode great call quality good
Love the new look. Sleek and easy to put in. High quality sound. Quality tips. Noticeable difference when adjusting settings. New, cool features. My only complaint is that I never received the free protective case that was offered. Five stars still.
