In-ear comfort has gone down since Buds2 Pro. Voice quality on calls is better Buds2 Pro was terrible.

While at home I watch videos and listen to music. The sound quality is amazing and exactly what I have come to expect from Samsung. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly use the buds to listen to music with noise canceling when working outside. I work in a factory with a ton of noise. I can log onto a Teams meeting and hear everything clearly and the rest of the participants don't hear the background noise. I have used them for the speech to text features for messaging.
