Great sound when NC is active.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time purchasing Samsung Buds and they are similar to my JBL TUNE230NC. The NC work great if you have the correct Buds on them. If you don't and do not tune them, then they will like mediocre. Overall I'm happy with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality is amazing. The hands off quick voice commands were more convenient than I thought they'd be. Overall would of been a 5 star if it weren't for the charging situation. The buds only charge when I press down really hard into the case, and twist them in a way just right, for the prongs at the bottom to connect. Even then it wouldn't work right. Galaxy Ai for the w.

Dust, wax, or other substances can accumulate over time and affect charging. Samsung products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. You also have the option to purchase additional coverage with Samsung Care+ for eligible devices, which provides extended protection and extra support.
