Loving my new Samsung Buds 3 Pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality on these are top notch, even compared to my buds 2 pro I upgraded from. The noise cancelation is almost unbelievable. The new way to use the earbud controls did take me a few minutes to get used to, but the tutorial helped me with the learning curve. You can definitely tell the difference in the sound quality with the Galaxy AI putting in the work to tailor the sound to the environment around you and how the buds fit in your ear, even just the sound test passes better than my old buds 2 pro used to. I don't regret upgrading and trading in my old ones, the design is so futuristic and I love the LED stripes on the sides as well!

I decided to buy these buds because I'm brand loyal. I'm very happy with the purchase, they are the most comfortable and best sounding buds i have ever owned, they stay comfortable and stable in my ears. Excellent product.

They offer a great sound quality, the voice control is the top upgrade and exiting when you can just "stop the music" by actually just saying it!

Can't be heard during call when whispering

The sound suppression is it where if I whisper while on the phone I can't be heard and they say I sound like I'm cutting in and out. Please fix this. I just got the buds and updated them and made sure my phone was up to date too.

To help troubleshoot, first check the microphone hole, as a blockage can prevent proper sound capture. It's important to clean the microphone hole, speaker, and air duct regularly to avoid debris accumulation; using a clean, dry, soft brush or cotton swab can help remove any earwax or other debris. After using the earbuds, be sure to wipe them with a soft, dry cloth and keep them dry to avoid exposure to liquid. If the microphone still isn’t performing as expected, you can try resetting the earbuds by opening the Galaxy Wearable app, navigating to Earbuds settings, selecting Reset, and following the on-screen instructions to complete the factory reset process.
