This product has room for improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When only using the right ear buds, the current song or video will randomly switch to the next in cue.
There's also a high pitched half second screech when putting both earbuds in. This occurs after about every 10 uses.
Maybe include an all matte black, blue or red option.

For the random switching of songs or videos, we recommend ensuring that the sensors on your earbuds are clean, as debris can affect their performance. Additionally, make sure your earbuds are updated to the latest software version, as updates can enhance functionality. Regarding the high-pitched screech, when using Active Noise Canceling, Adaptive, or Ambient Sound modes, the sound from the sub-microphone adjusts based on the noise control mode. If you accidentally touch or cover that area while putting the earbuds in or adjusting them, it may trigger that sound. From allowing for an enjoyable flight free of cabin noises to the discerning need for high quality music these are my go too replacing ver good over the ear headphones, comfortable just ensure you test for proper seal in the app. Works great for hands free phone calls and virtual meetings. Great value and performance.

Great earphones bad eartip scent.

I was very pleased with the sound and features. They are a great add to any samsung smartphone I loved everything about them my only complaint was the material in which the eartips were made out of. They have a very unpleasant chemical scent and it's concerning because it doesn't feel safe to inhale. Really disappointed on samsung's choice for going with a cheaper eartip material despite paying so much for these. I would've expected better materials.

Great Product Needs improvement on noise canceling

I Have had 2 sets of the Buds 3 pro they are very nice.The only downside is when you lose your case it doesn't have a beeper or way to track it when shut.Sound quality is excellent.There are a few things that could be improved like the noise canceling needs much improvements other than that they're a great product
