Left ear bud won't charge hardly at all. Need to do an exchange

Sounds good, other than that not great. Battery doesn't last long, touch controls are not reliable, and fit is nowhere near as good as previous models.

unfortunately, the fitting plastic is poor, same as Pro2 I had.

Does not stay in ear

I bought these less than a week ago and they will not stay in my ear despite passing the fit test and trying all three sets of rubber cushions. Even when Im sitting still they randomly fall out. Ambient mode randomly turns on even when I have it set to off. Worse earbuds I have ever owned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is perfect. I love the way it fits in the ear. It does not fall out. Everything is out of touch.
The fit is way better that the Bud 2 Pro. Bud 2 PRO WAS AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER. Operating this one using the touch control isn't so great though, hopefully that can be further improved

Great Audio, Fantastic Ambient Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 1 since they launched and had little to no reason to upgrade. They are fantastic earphones and sound amazing. However, I had begun to think about upgrading and specifically wanted a wireless earphone with a stem design. I kept hesitating on different options and lucky I did as the Buds 3 Pros were announced within 2 weeks. I decided to wait and pre-ordered the Buds 3 Pro.
Using the new Buds 3 Pro I was glad to still have the great sounding dual speaker setup as the prior Buds Pros had allowing for deep clear bass without sacrificing the higher frequencies. The ambient sound is an enormous improvement over my prior Buds Pros with exterior sounds appearing as if I didn't have any earphones on. The Adaptive Ambient Sound option quickly became my favorite option when working outside and washing my car. Being able to enjoy my music and being able to hear my surroundings but automatically switch to noise canceling once my pressure washer turns on making it barely audible is amazing.
I greatly enjoy my Galaxy Buds 3 Pros!
