The sound quality, hand gestures and overall feel exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant to upgrade since I was comfortable with the Buds2 Pro, but the Buds3 Pro are much better. They also are less prone to falling out of the ears.

Since I have purchased these there have been constant charging problems. I follow all the tips that samsung recommended to fix it and now 1 side will not charge at all. You are better off buying a different brand.

First, please check the volume settings on your phone. Sometimes, the earbuds and your phone have separate volume controls, so it’s a good idea to ensure the volume is turned up on both devices. You can easily adjust the volume on your phone using the Volume up key. Also, don’t forget to look into the pinch controls for your earbuds to ensure they’re set up correctly for volume adjustments. It’s worth checking the media volume limiter settings as well, as they could be affecting your audio experience. Next, we should consider the Bluetooth range. Make sure you’re within 30 feet of your phone, as other obstacles like walls or electronic devices may disrupt the Bluetooth signal. It’s also crucial to check the battery status of your earbuds. Low battery levels can lead to reduced audio performance, so use the Galaxy Wearable app to check the battery status or pop them into the case to see the indicator light. Sometimes, optimizing battery settings on your audio app can help too. Just go to Settings > Apps on your Android device, find your audio app, and switch the battery optimization to "Unrestricted."
