Bad experience with Bud 3 pro

My buds quality is poor. I've been having issues with the tips and the buttons on the stem don't always work. My buds case although only a few days old has easily scratched up. I'm not certain if it's the paint or plastic that's the issue.

Good sound, but bad case charging connections

Good sound quality, but case has frequent issues with charging the headphones. I have put them in properly, making sure they light up when entering the case, and leaving them in for at least an hour, only to find them still at 5-10% charge when I try to take them out. I have tried pressing down on them and slightly twisting them to make sure they are connected and show they are charging, to mixed and inconsistent results.

Samsung does not recommend using any chargers other than Samsung chargers, especially chargers that are uncertified or counterfeit. These can hinder the charging of your device and may cause battery issues if used long-term. If you are using Samsung verified chargers, make sure that your buds case is free of any debris. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support.
