Not a bad knife, but not what I'm used to from the Wusthof Classic series

Although in my opinion this is not a bad knife, I'm a bit dissapointed. It's not as sharp as the other Wusthof Classic knives in my collection. Also the honing steel is somewhat more difficult to use ( due to the knife's flexibility).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This 3" Paring Knife is perfect. So well made and the half round point is really nice. It is used 2x a day, seven days a week. I will be ordering another of this exact Paring Knife real soon.

**Great Pairing Knife**

As a knife collector I've used many knives over the years. Personally, I prefer American or German made knives. This is hands down the best pairing knife I've ever used! Well made and easy to sharpen when needed. You will not be disappointed with this one!

While this one is nice, I very much want to purchase this Classic 3” Paring knife with the hollow body edge (Sadoku) that I used to have.
