I use this knife constantly and actually have 2 of these now. I take great care of them but owuld love to have them sharpened at a reasonable shipping price like one of the competitive knive companies.

The blade is well shaped. Handle is perfectly assembled and smooth. Sharpness has not diminished since receiving the knife even with daily heavy home use. I've used this knife multiple times a day for 8 yrs. I sharpen it with the wusthof manual sharpener about once a month and it's my go-to knife for everything from vegetables to poultry. Makes a great wedding gift 💕

I live ALL my Wusthof knives- I own 13- counting my cheese knife. They are easy to use- I have a small hand- , they stay sharp and are used daily.
