Great quality Knives

As always, this is a great quality knife. We enjoy and use all our Wusthof knives daily and take care to hand-wash them. They should last a long time. We purchased a new Wusthof sharpener also and a couple swipes and the knife is very sharp again.

This knife was purchased as a warranty replacement. The knife is beautiful & works perfectly. The reason for the "good" rating was due to having to pay a small amount for tax on the replacement. This cost was not expected.

Solid all-arounder...

Needed to replace another utility-knife in the household, our general workhorse... this time went with a 6" size. And this has pretty much relegated our other knives to cupboard duty. Nice blade edge, feels solid in hand. An occasional honing does the trick.
