I don't know how to use it

The promo material did not talk about needing to connect to a blue-tooth device. I don't want to carry my cell phone with me when mowing lawn. I just wanted to cancel the noise of the mower. Maybe I can, but have not figured that out, yet.

poor connector jack

Effectively reduces sound and has clear audio for watching movies during air travel, but jack connectors have to be frequently replugged because sound cuts out; don't know if the problem is the singe prong jack or the plug-insertion hole on headset

Excellent value for the money. I was hesitant to buy a set of nc headphones because of the price. I saw the Monoprice headphones reviewed in Consumer Reports where they were highly rated. Good rating, excellent price, no brainer !!

Can't beat this!

For this price, it is super. I recently bought the Sony WH1000XM3 for my husband for his 60th, and then was jealous when he tuned me out, lol. But it was a big purchase for a big event, so I wasn't about to get another set for myself. I saw the Monoprice recommende in Consumer Reports, and figure I'd try it since the price was great. After initial charging I spent a day listening to my music connected to my Echo Dot. No issues connecting with the Alexa app, and although noise canceling seems a little less than the Sony, it was adequate for my needs. I also believe batterylife will be adequate for me as well. It is no hardship to plug in at night, just like I do with my phone. Perhaps an audiophile may need more, but for my basic listening of music and sporting events through Alexa, this is great. BTW, it is lighter than the Sony, fits my small head well. The buttons for use are small, but I imagine I will get used to them in time. Again, though, for the price, these can't be beat!

They work as intended and don't sound to bad. The noise cancelling blocks most of the road noise on longer car rides, the exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the neighbor mowing the grass next store. Seem to stay charged for a long time. I'd buy them again, probably will buy a few as gifts around the holidays.
