Inoperative Unit

I recently bought and received my unit. All went well to begin with...unit charged, sync to Apple iPad and noise cancelling ok. I turned it off, put it in the case until I would use it. About a week later (11/11/19) I opened the case and attempted to activate the unit.
Nothing...no illumination led. Placed for charge. Red led light activated. However after several hours the red led light is still on. disconnected and attempted to activate. No led lights, no activation. Used hard wire connection to ipad. Ear phone works as to sound. No other action available. Volume only controlled by ipad volume. I think I need to return the unit for another since I really haven't even a chance to use this unit before it failed.

Perfect at 1/4 the price of big name brands. Plus it has equal if not better quality. Rarely off my head except to re-charge.

Decent Headphones

For the price these are quite decent. The sound isn't quite as clear as my $12 earbuds, and the noise cancellation is around 70%, but they're not hundreds of dollars in cost so I'll take them.

I was disappointed with the noise reduction capability. Surprised to see so many others give it such a high rating (including Consumer Reports) which was the reason I purchased Mono-Price.
My main use is while flying on airplanes to keep surrounding noise out so that I could concentrate on work or watching entertainment. It does cut out some of the higher pitch noise that the airplane engines make, however it is doing almost nothing for conversations and other people noises that are close by. You can easily hear the whole conversations from those seated behind or in front of you.
