These have been great for me. I didn’t get them for the noise cancelling, but it works pretty well for the price. The sound is good and they work well for music, movies/TV, and podcasts. I find them comfortable to wear, and I wore them for most of a nine-hour flight with minimal discomfort. The play time for a charge is excellent and the pair that I’ve had for nine months still holds its charge well.
My have two small problems with these. The headphone voice that says things like “pairing”, “connecting”, “battery low”, etc. is way too loud and can’t be adjusted. I am autistic and sensitive to sound, and it scares the bejeezus out of me. It also startles my neurotypical wife. The other issue is that we have three pairs of these in the house and the bluetooth pairing gets a bit fiddly and confusing. However, the fact that we own three pairs makes it clear that the pros definitely outweigh the flaws!
Headphones sound great. Don't know how the mic sounds (haven't used it)

Headphones work really well. I thought they had a problem with sounding hollow (and mono) but it turns out that some games (looking at you Destiny 2) will prioritize using the wrong driver. I have a separate microphone though on my setup, so I'm not sure how the mic quality is yet.
Based on the favorable review in Consumer Reports, I purchased these Monoprice ANC headphones so I could enjoy audio without disturbing my wife, now that she's working from home. I am super impressed with the quality of the ANC, and the overall build quality. Ironically, the ANC is so good that I do NOT use these for phone calls, because they don't inject your own voice back into the audio to the headphones ("sidetone" for you telco types) and I find the silence disorienting. But for wireless audio for laptop, tablet or smartphone, they're unbeatable. I worry a little about the reviews that indicate a full discharge will wreck the battery, but at this price I can just get another pair, I guess.
