Horrible purchase

This is probably the worst purchase I've ever made. Total junk. From the first time I started using it, during blending the seal would slip out and wrap itself around the blade. The first time I used it, this happened and I had no idea why the blender was suddenly jumping around on the counter and making noise. Since then I'd tried every single way I could think of, putting water on the seal first, tightening the lid on as much as I could, starting on pulse, starting on high, being super gentle when clicking it in, holding it tightly while blending, nothing worked. Finally both seals had been used and both of them broke. So now I have a broken blender.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received this as a gift from my husband for Christmas a few days ago. I went to go use it and the first smoothing was awesome. Took off the blade and put it on the other cup as I was making 2, one for me and one for him. Same exact measurements. And the seal and blade got all messed up and now the blade cannot be used. I’d like to have the piece exchanged so I can keep using it.

Fell off roof of car

I'll start this off by saying I'm aware damages are not covered under warranty.
So I do actually love the product itself. The blender works perfectly for my protein shakes and whatever else. Just wanted to say though, the bottles would be better off having a small ring of rubber on the bottom so it doesn't slip off anywhere, specifically the roof of a car. I'm sure most people put their drinks there when they're getting out of their car.
Now I'm left with one lid between two bottles. Just wondering if it would be at all possible to get a replacement lid.
Also, this was a Christmas gift from my boyfriend's sister.
