I bought this specifically for breakfast smoothies with frozen fruit and vegetables and it works like a dream. It is quiet enough to use in my apartment in the morning and super easy to clean.

Best Martini-maker in town!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cracking ice for a Martini by hand is a cumbersome and messy job -- this excellent little device makes it a breeze! Just load in some ice cubes, give it a short pulse, and Viola -- instant cracked ice -- then you just flip the cup over, add the Martini ingredients, stir/shake, and pour -- quick, easy, and convenient for mixing Martinis and other cocktails. Thanks Starfrit, I love my new little blender!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this yesterday and it works super great! I love the simplicity of its operation and the smoothies that I've made so far taste amazing. Only thing is that it was a bit difficult to snap the blade into place the first time I used it and it took a bit of trial and error to figure out the correct positioning so that the motor would turn on. Overall awesome product

I bought one "Personal blender" to prepare my shakes to take to work and it came with so many delicious recipes. I loved it so much that I bought 2 more to give as a gift to my daughter and my niece. They also loved it and are using daily.
